This smoothie is super filling, packed with antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals. It’s a great smoothie for pregnancy, postpartum, post surgery, post workout and its great to get those sweet and creamy cravings under control.

Ingredients:
1.5-2 cups almond milk ( sub for soy, hemp, cashew or coconut milk)
1/2-1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder
2 cups frozen raspberries (or any frozen fruit)
2 TBSP ground flax ( sub for whole hemp or chia seeds)
10 raw almonds ( or one tablespoon of any nut butter)
1 tsp spirulina ( sub for chlorella, hydrilla or a handful of kale or spinach)
2 frozen banans

Directions:
Throw all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.
* Add more water if you want it to be less thick.
